ALL SALES ARE FINAL
To be eligible for an EXCHANGE, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info.dmfs@gmail.com.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards.

1. FINAL Sale & Exchange Policy
ALL SAYS ARE FINAL . Exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged items upon arrival or if the wrong item was sent due to an error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1-2 business days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order number. After this 1-2 day period, we cannot offer exchanges. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our All Sales Are Final policy.
